I am a retired cinematographer who shot television documentaries and other non-fiction programs.  I started out in film, then added video as that technology arrived, then ended with HD, High-Definition.  When I put down these motion imaging  cameras for the last time, I picked up a digital still camera, a Nikon, to keep my eye and mind active creating images, albeit still photos this time.  After a career of shooting mostly for other people, I was free to shoot subjects and projects that spoke to me.  This website presents many of the series I have shot these past several years.
